Great hotel with excellent service. Staff is stellar and very attentive to all the guests needs. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and the staff really made us feel special 😊 Just a few growing pains to be sorted ( especially given it’s a 5star hotel ) which could be due to the fact that it’s a new hotel : No hooks for towels in the bathroom , no robes in the room , no blow dryers or power outlets in the bathroom ( apparently no longer allowed due to code in Greece ), lastly - the exit sign above our room door was extremely bright so a bit difficult to sleep especially if you like the room dark (also apparently a building code item). Overall, the hotel and staff are lovely and we expect this hotel to be a favorite among travellers to Athens!

The hotel is an excellent location, you can walk to everything you need to see in the city. The rooms are smaller than what you think they might be so be prepared for small spaces, especially in the bathroom. The front desk stuff were amazing. They looked after all of our needs even called to confirm one of our daytime activities. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location. Staff inattentive to clients.poor training. Unacceptable that their best restaurant insists on dinner being ordered at 2pm when we checked in.
