「I loved the location; in the heart of the city. The apartment was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was expensive but very convenient and safe. 」

The free breakfast was great, but the addition of the free limited buffet from 5:30-7:00, with 3 cocktails per person was EXCEPTIONAL!
Our 1 play day there we walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame--we were there 4 hrs!! And we also toured the USS Cod Submarine.」

「This was my first time staying at the crown plaza. My stay was excellent. The location is great convenient walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were great. My trip was almost perfect until my car arrived at check out time from valet in which it had been damaged. The hotel did its part by taking care of my valet charges and the valet manager failed the necessary paperwork for insurance and investigation to find out what happened to my car. Other than this mishap my stay...
「The breakfast staff the front desk staff and the transportation staff were excellent! However, the only drawback was room 326 room door would not close on its own after opening the door coming and going had to pull it or push it hard in order to close it. Other than that, I stay there again.」
