Upstairs, the main living area is light, air-conditioned and open-plan, with a 65-inch smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen flowing onto the outdoor deck. The deck features a dining setting, barbecue, cosy lounge and festoon lighting — ideal for relaxed mornings or evenings.



This level also includes two king bedrooms with built-in robes and ceiling fans, along with a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.



Downstairs offers a more private retreat, with a queen bed in an open-plan space, a second lounge with smart TV, and direct access outdoors. This is where the standout features sit — a private sauna and outdoor rain shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A second bathroom and laundry complete the layout.
