The villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living area, dining area, lounge area and a fully fitted kitchen contained in the main building and a shower room and lounge area at the terrance and pool area. Indoor/outdoor open plan living is what this stunning villa is all about. Multiple terraces surround a barbecue and bar area with lounge set. The terrace overlooks the subtropical gardens and pool which is 12x6m. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Next to the pool is a large grassed garden area for children to play and a safety fence around the pool for extra security. The villa is well equipped for children's entertainment with football goal, ping pong table, volleyball and badminton rackets.



Built around the large, stone open fireplace, the living room flows through into the dining area and fully fitted well equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer.



There are six bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed and offers panoramic coastal views. The master en-suite has a bath and shower. In this master bedroom there is also a kitchenette. Down stairs there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 with twin beds (can be pushed together or seperate). The rooms are all very spacious and have their own bathroom/shower-room.
