"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "We would not recommend this house at all. It’s actually two separate areas and not connected. When we first arrived we went into front apartment and discovered where was no AC in living area /kitchen and was so hot at 9pm when we arrived we could not sit in there. "This hotel is fine - for a cheap get away it’s definitely worth it. However standard of cleaning is really quite poor; it’s just a bit grubby in places - bed does feel clean and think that’s the most important part for me.
