「The Richmond is not a 4 star property in the US or a European sense, meaning it does not have tastefully bland art on the walls or bath products with mystical Thai names. However, it is located across the street from Echmiadzin and within a few blocks of most other attractions. The property is scrupulously clean. You get complimentary toothbrush and razor in the room. The walk-in shower is spacious. The mattress is comfortable. The staff is super-friendly and they cook enough food for an army,...
「The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. There were mini-supermarkets nearby and the pool was a bit touch, even though it was still cold in May. The breakfast was great, even though it was served later than usual and the cook bent over backwards to make sure that she made us something we'd enjoy. The only thing I'd warn you about is the fact that there are a lot of steps leading from the street to the hotel and no lift, so if you're disabled, as I am, you'd struggle. But the hotel staff,...
「It's a bit isolated, but very comfortable. The pool is nice. A little cold. I was concerned about my room without windows or AC but they provide a fan and it was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to me even though I arrived in a grumpy mood. They seem to care about the comfort of every guest. Even me in the cheap room. Haha. It's quiet too. Thanks.」
"It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say."
