Propreté déplorable mais personnel agréable

Le personnel est agréable et a l'écoute le petit déjeuner correct pour le rapport qualité prix, par contre la propreté des chambres est plus que médiocre et en limite d'hygiène.

La chambre, bien qu'un peu fatiguée, était idéale pour un court séjour et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. La réceptionniste était excellente, très courtoise et désireuse d'aider.

Suffisante pour une nuit mais j ai eu froid et la climatisation a 30deg ne chauffer pas , j ai dû demander une couverture car les lits non pas de couverture mais juste un couvre lit.

Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel est accueillant. Ma chambre était propre et a été faite tout les jours. Le lit était confortable, pas trop mou. Bien chauffé, bonne isolation phonique entre les chambres, un peu moins avec le couloir mais l'hôtel était calme. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects.

I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!

55 euros pour me dire tu paye paye pas je te laisse dehors, aucune empathie, àlors que j'ai coché un case payer plus tard..... A la fin de matinée mission pas tout des le premier jour, sinon : Aucune solution d'hébergement proposé , en gros on m'a dis dors dehors si tu paye pas tout de suite.... Le respect du client a bien changé, a cause de vous j'ai du faire-part de la situation à mon directeur d'usine etc.... Encore un peu je dormais sous les ponts,je suis très mécontent La prochaine fois j'irai chez ibis puis c'est tout

Horrible : odeur de tabac dans la chambre, une seule serviette pour la douche, aucune serviette pour les mains et surtout pas de tapis de sortie de douche. Je veux bien croire qu’on était le seul soir de l’année où tous les hôtels d’Agen étaient complet du fait du passage du Tour de France, MAIS 93€ pour ça, c’est juste honteux et catastrophique !!!

Établissement déconseillé

Hôtel pris pour être proche d’un lieu de congrès mais quelle déception! La propreté n’y est pas. Même après le passage de la femme de chambre, la saleté est restée en plein milieu du lavabo. Et je ne cite pas les cheveux du clients précédent sur les parois de douche lors la première utilisation.Pas de chauffage pour des raisons d’économie mais le premier jour on avait froid et pas plus de couvertures sales et déchirées, eau chaude uniquement à des heures données et avec une régulation thermique, femmes de chambre qui viennent systématiquement vous réveiller le matin… Pas de papiers toilettes. On a dû réclamer.., L’isolation entre les chambres n’est pas efficace: entendre des voisins bruyants empêche de dormir… Bref c’est réellement la sous-gamme!
