This charming 22m2 Studio with its 6m2 terrace facing East on the ground floor is perfect for 4 people.

It has a small loggia of 5m2 overlooking the terrace.
Private parking inside residence no. 144.

You will find a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 as well as a storage cabinet for your personal effects, a living room with a sofa bed type BZ, a kitchenette equipped with a top fridge, 1 mini microwave oven, a gas hob 2 fires.

Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets and pillows.

The television is facing the sofa. French channels only.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10€ per person.

Rental of baby bed: 13 € per week.

For any extra request please let us know as soon as possible so that we can satisfy you as well as possible.

You are responsible for the cleaning at your departure. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment it is at the rate of 57 €.
