Nice apartment superb location

Have rented the apartment multiple times as it is sitting right on the beach. Everything regarding booking etc always works well.

Farniente avec vue sur la plage. Accès direct et rez de jardin fleuri. Avant que les hordes de vacanciers ne prennent possession des lieux pendant les vacances d’été. c’est parfait pour nous cette année aussi.

Une agréable découverte du Cap d'Agde et de ses environs avec un appart bien équipé et confortable.

En voyage huit jours avant l'entrée dans la location et donc absent de mon domicile et sans ordinateur , je n'ai pu prendre connaissance des informations qui m'ont été adressées dans les derniers jours sur le lieu précis de la location et les modalités d'arrivée si bien que le contact a été un peu difficile avec la personne chargée de notre accueil mais cela s'est bien arrangé par téléphone de même que pour notre départ .Je pense qu'il conviendrait de fournir toutes les informations dont l'adresse précise de la location et le lieu de rdv dès que la réservation du lieu de vacances est confirmée et payée. Pour le reste un séjour apprécié dans le pays d'Agde.

Agréable mais choses à revoir.

Point fort emplacement top , Clim dans le salon uniquement mais qui refroidi très bien la chambre d’en face , petite terrasse dehors très agréable Et super le tuyau d’eau extérieur pour enlever le sable c’est le top ça . Appartement correspondant à la description. Point faible : ménage fait en entrant à revoir sable de partout donc aspirateur n’a pas été passé. Donc 50€ de ménage ?? Éviter de mettre des gâteaux dans le placard cuisine sinon envahi je pense que c’est général a tous les emplacements en front de mer . Frigo trop trop trop petit ,, pour 2 personnes maxi Congélateur non Freezer oui été complètement givré donc rien pu mettre sans enlevée un peu de givre . salle de bain tiroir qui tombe si on le tire le 2 eme plus précisément Poignée porte chambre déboîtée , départ au autonomie avec Carole à l’heure que l’on souhaite est génial . En global , c’est cool mais rien n’est parfait . 👍 Je recommande quand même .

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Il est joliment décoré, possède un extérieur qui nous permet d'accéder à la page très rapidement ce qui était très pratique avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Des chaises avec dossiers dedans ou dehors nous ont un peu manqué, les petites chaises pour rester dehors ou aller à la plage étaient TB. L'appartement est au calme. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture pendant une semaine. C'est génial d'avoir une place de parking privée dans la résidence. Nous avons également apprécié le livret d'accueil. Bref un séjour fort agréable, nous sommes reposés et bronzés.

Appartement pieds dans l’eau

Effectivement l’appartement est très bien situé, plage à quelques mètres. Par contre, l’arrivée en autonomie par une cage d’escalier plutôt lugubre, et l’entrée par une chambre sans fenêtre, nous a déconcerté… Heureusement les reste des pièces est plus agréable , même si le petit sofa n’est pas très confortable et un peu défraîchi … la vaisselle mériterait aussi d’être renouvelée et harmonisée.. il manque un miroir pour pouvoir se regarder, celui de la salle de bain est haut et étant pas très grande , je ne pouvais voir que mon visage .. il faut noter aussi qu’à cette période la plage est noir de monde . Point positif , tous les commerces sont à proximité, et c’est très animé

Séjour cap d’Agde

Un endroit merveilleux à 30 où 50 mètres de la plage Nous avons passés 15 jours trés agréables après quelques petits ratages de début de séjour: store cassé qui a été réparé très vite, mauvais code wifi fourni. Nous avions récupéré le bon 3 jours plus tard On aurait aimé un peu plus de précisions sur l’environnement immédiat ( restaurants et commerces notamment) On a tout découvert peu à peu. Si bien qu’à la fin du séjour on avait une bonne vision du lieu.Mais à part ça c’est vraiment paradisiaque. On peut aller à pied à peu prés partout et faire ses courses au Spar qui est au dessus L’appart est joliment décoré et on s’habitue aux tables hautes. On dispose de parasols et de petits fauteuils de plage très pratiques. Bref c’étaient de très bonnes vacances. On recommande !

Séjour agréables

Location en bordure de plage à été très apprécié. Ia petite chambre demanderait à être rafraîchit, s'il était possible de de mettre des fauteuils plus confortables ainsi que des chaises à la place des tabourets (pas top lorsque l'on a des problèmes de dos)!! Les volets demanderaient à être changé !! Propriétaire très réactif et nous l'en remercions.

Wunderschönes Objekt direkt am Meer.

Die Lage des Objekts, die Ausstattung und der Vermieter sind top. Der Vermieter hat sich auch viel Mühe mit einem Exposé gegeben in dem alles erklärt ist. Der Check in war auch sehr unkompliziert und nett. Nachteil der Wohnung ist der Geruch aus den Rohren, dies ist aber bei allen Häusern in der näheren Umgebung so, daß wussten wir bereits im voraus und war ok für uns. Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf die Küche, die könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Nachteil, den man uns auch hätte kommunizieren können ist, wenn es stark regnet also unwetterartig, dann wird die Wohnung durch das Regenwasser geflutet, da die Wohnung tiefer liegt. Dies passiert wahrscheinlich sehr selten, uns ist es jedoch passiert. Die Verwalterin bot uns auch netterweise eine Ersatzwohnung an, da es aber unser letzter Abend war lehnten wir ab.

Sommerferien in Cap d'Agde

Eine schöne Unterkunft in top Lage zum Strand. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass man den Publikumsverkehr jederzeit mitbekommt, uns hat es nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder fanden ihr Zimmer nicht so ansprechend, das lag daran dass das zweite Schlafzimmer, die Toilette und das Bad fensterlos sind. Positiv daran ist aber, dass es dadurch auch nicht so warm darin wurde und letztlich dient es nur zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir hätten uns aber über ein paar normale Stühle sehr gefreut. Alle Stühle sind Barhocker ähnlich und wir fanden es weniger gemütlich. Ein größerer Kühlschrank bei 4 Personen wäre auch nicht schlecht. Der Gasgrill war leider nur ein einfacher Elektrogrill, hat für unsere Zwecke aber funktioniert. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Idéal avec des enfants car la plage est à la porte de la terrasse! Mais au calme le soir car peu de passages c'est pratique et très joli bien entretenu! A refaire!

Séjour très sympa

Appartement en face de la plage, ce qui est un plus quand on a 2 garçons remuants qui pouvaient aller jouer très facilement. Même s’il y a pas mal de passage sur le chemin, on est en contrebas et la haie protège assez bien. Terrasse petite mais sympa avec le soleil (le store est un plus !). Quelques petits accessoires qu’il serait bon de changer ou rajouter (étendoir à linge, manque une petite poële et des couvertures chaudes, il fait encore frais au printemps). Bref, un lieu de séjour agréable pour un famille de 4 personnes.

Un petit paradis au Cap D'Agde

Cet appartement est un vrai bonheur. Le lieu idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances face à la mer. Literie confortable, très propre malgré la proximité du sable. Une douche balneo top. Nous y avons passé une super semaine en compagnie de notre colley qui s'y est trouvé très bien aussi. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture, tout est à côté . Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner pour de prochaines vacances .

Le top !

Nous avons séjourné durant 7 jours(bien trop court au final) dans le logement de Carole. Un vrai bonheur ce logement juste devant la plage, avec les 3 enfants en bas âge c'était un régal ! La place étant proche également possibilité de tout faire à pied. Rien à redire sur les équipements tout y est. Et le contact avec Carole juste parfait, je recommande très fortement, pas de doutes, nous reviendrons !

Situation idéale ! Beau petit appartement très agréable, tout accessible à pieds, la mer juste en face c’est super ! Dommage que le wifi ne soit pas fonctionnel !
