"Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

"All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests."

"Fantastic little find, out in the middle of nowhere, high in the hills above the lake. The most spectacular views from the balcony where we just sat in the peace and quiet. Our host was fabulous, who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was local pastrys, the sugar bread was to die for. Beautifully restored, very authentic. "

"The main big disappointment and what was not clearly indicated during the booking is that the resort does not have its own beach area - you have to go to a public beach or pay for a private beach - we had to pay for towels and beach beds each day (€.5 per towel per person per day and €30 per person per day for the beach beds). The room was clean, parking available on the premises, which was great. The beach view was ok not a full sea view - it was through the side of the building . The room...
