Aucune aide de l’acceuil et des employers sur les diverses demandes faites - responsable jamais disponible - expérience catastrophique - en tout cas ne sont pas à l’écoute des clients qui ont réservés 6 mois auparavant pour fêter un évènement spécial , rien n’a été mis en œuvre.

This is a nice hotel in a good position. Unfortunately the first room I was allocated was next to major building works (which I was not pre warned of). When the water then went off the next day and did not come back by the evening, I had to move rooms, the room I was moved to had a leak from the bathroom above. Some of the team were unprofessional and even rude in handling these matters. I understand these things happen, it’s always how it is dealt with that matters. The manager Lara is great and when she became involved the service improved. The food is quite basic and repetitive and not always clearly labelled. The entertainment team were great, always bright and bubbly and put on a good show. They also weren’t too pushy. Were it not for the issues I had, which are unfortunate, I would give a higher rating.

Vi hade ett ganska fint rum med fri utsikt mot havet, men rummen och utrustningarna är någorlunda slitna och i behov av renovering. Servicen är bra, maten var så där, men för det mesta bra, och det finns tre A la cart rest också. Personalen som är otrolg snälla och mycket tillmötesgående får ändå högsta betyg.

The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities.

Terrible Start

I struggled with this originally but I am going to keep to it just because of how terrible check in was for this hotel. Other than this, the hotel was overall good, however it started terrible and not a great way to start a trip. On check in, there was only 2 staff members on which meant it took well over 30 minutes just to get our room cards. Then once we finally got our rooms, 2 of them were not what we booked. So we went back to reception to get them changed after waiting ages for the queue of people to die down again. We got our new cards and went back only to find left over food in one of the rooms as well as having a balcony door that was broken and so could not be opened. So going back to complain, another one from our group was also there because there toilet did not work and was still not flushed from the last time... When we voiced our complaints, the one remaining staff member, clearly stressed with being by themselves, said they would not deal with us because of the other guests already there trying to get their own rooms sorted. In total it took nearly 2 hours just to get our rooms sorted. Absolutely ridiculous and easily the worst check in I have ever experienced. We would not go back.

Not a great place

Our room was not very clean and had stoppage in the sink. Told the reception numerous times until we had to beg them to get it fixed. Food is horrible so the all inclusive is just waste of money. Only good I would say would be the accessibility to the beach, because it is close to the so called hotel.

This hotel is well maintained thanks to a core of dedicated hard working team. The 3 pools are clean and rooms are lobby area are clean. The let down is with the food, which is very basic for a 4* hotel, food allergy labelling is none existence. You are having to wait for plates that simetimes have cracked edges. Food is only served for a restricted period which is very dissapointing for an all inclusive hotel. Entertainment is available but in-house and poor. Overall, this is a beautifully located accommodation with a great team and a place worth visiting. Overall, very nice hotel with nice staff

Hotel was very poorly managed with no one adhering to times, took us 2:30 to do check when arrive at midnight, 1 person on the desk to multiple arrivals. pool closes at different times to suit staff, 6pm , 6:30 or earlier. Gym closed and no one knows where the keys are, food is to be served form 7am till 10am but only have food on the tables after 8am. reception left unattended multiple times, anyone can get in even if is not checked in hotel, anyone can come in, you will not be safe with your family. Is a free for all we had AI and others not even had a wrist band and can get the same as us. If you traveling to Agadir, please don`t go there unless you want to be on unlimited long waiting times and get your family in a unsafe environment.

* very dirty, rooms stink and lots of mould. * showers flood whole floor space no drain on tilt? * 70% of staff not nice and actually quite aggressive or non responsive. * ants everywhere, receptionist advised me this is normal. Looked at me like an alien. * cutlery dirty, tables dirty. Tables wiped with dirty cloth and dirty mat not changed * no spoons * tiles up on nearly every floor space * pictures a lies, none of the pictures are a true reflection of hotel, they must be from around 10yrs ago? * glass in whole hotel not cleaned apart from new gym area.

The all inclusive food option was not varied and was hardly any options there. The staff were fantastic. The upgrade to sea view was fantastic and was really nice to be upgraded. Everything was really good apart from the lack of options on food. But would definitely recommend.

A notre arrivée ,la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée , ça sentait mauvais, les toilettes étaient pleins excréments, de l urine ... Ça grouillait de fourmis. Nous avons fait intervenir le personnel pour remédier au problème et que cela restait inadmissible de trouver la chambre sale. On nous a changé de chambre. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement nella la gouvernante qui a pris les choses en mains pour regler le problème, qui a su être à notre ecoute, bienveillante encore merci. Mais cela reste inadmissible d'arriver dans de telles conditions vue notre état de fatigue...

Beachfront resort (private section for hotel), large but low-rise accommodation surrounding large pool, with other smaller pools, including a mini waterpark, three a la carte restaurants (booking expected), huge buffet hall with many rooms, four bars including pool bar,... Most guests are on all-inclusive and there is a great choice of many cuisines and menus. Rooms are spotless, well equipped and modern. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, sky tv ,safe, minibar fridge. Great relaxing holiday.
