The Reciption stuff was very bad and unprofessional. No welcoming, smile even checking the reservation information. She immediately said you have to pay extra in a bad attitude then realised she was wrong but didn’t even apologise. It was the worst chicken experience I ever had.. we had two rooms and my friends were told they cannot visit me in my room. How ridiculous is that?

I had a great stay at Dominium Hotel Agadir. The staff were incredibly professional and always quick to respond to any request. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including excellent fresh juices made daily. The restaurant also featured live music on some evenings, which created a wonderful dining atmosphere. The location is excellent as well, just a 5 minute walk to Agadir Bay where there are plenty of restaurants and cafés along the waterfront. Overall, the service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet hotel . Nice stay. Expedia’s rate however was higher than the actual rate which was a bit disappointing! Next time I probably do not use Expedia!

Superb staff in a pleasant hotel

A nice hotel away from the busier seafront area. All the staff were extremely accommodating, breakfast was good with a wide choice. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Overall a nice 4 day stay

The venue was stunning, from the decor to the cleanliness everything was 10/10. The receptionist, the ladies and the gentleman at the restaurant, the lady in the kitchen named Fatima was amazing looking after our dietary requests, the pool , the gym. And my personal favourite Aicha she gave me a Hammam massage and she was amazingggg, I recommend everyone to go to her. Highly recommend

Stayed 3 nights and each time they cleaned the room they never replaced the towels. I had to ask for it. Another thing was no hot water during the night only luke warm. I did tell the reception but they didnt fix it. The breakfast was limited.

Best breakfast in Morocco

I have stayed in this hotel twice when visiting family near Agadir. It is always clean and comfortable. The views are lovely from the balconies. The breakfast is always amazing with the best variety I have had in any hotel in Morocco. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. There is a small shop downstairs which is very convenient for buying extra drinks and snacks. The only thing I can say that is negative is that the showers are a bit slippy so watch out! Other than that it is an ideal place to stay and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The hotel was nice except for the high extra charge fees added when i added a second person to the room. It would have been much cheaper to book 2 people in a room in advance than adding a person later at the hotel desk. This is the only reason i gave it a 3 star rating as opposed to a 4 star

Check-in was “interesting”. Reception couldn’t locate my reservation, so just put us in a downgraded room. They were unaware that my husband speaks Arabic. He overheard an inappropriate conversation around room assignment based on them not knowing which room I purchased. Bathrooms are unclean and need revamping. Breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired.

Good value for money

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was decent - modern and clean (apart from the bathroom not being 100% clean when we arrived, but they fixed that at our request). There was no sun in the outdoor pool area at all during the day, so we didn’t use that area at all. One of the negative things was that our shower didn’t have any curtain, so every time we showered that was water all over the floor. The personnel was very friendly. Location was okay, but it would’ve been better with a location closer to the sea (took us maybe 20 min to walk to the ocean) or closer to the city center (took maybe 10 min by taxi). * Overall: decent value for money. Next time we would probably choose a hotel closer to the beach and closer to town.

Clean hotel

I asked for a small / flat pillow during both my stays in Agadir ..I stayed x2 in last 10 days and both times I was assured this was available . But it wasn’t After phone calls and 2 visits to reception..I wa stole yes ..the pillow would be sent to my room . Finally when I was asleep and using a folded over towel someone came to my room …3 hours after my initial request ….on check in …to take away my pillow and someone in house keeping would take half the stuffing out of the pillow ..and return it to me later . I had a 4 am wake up call ..so I said ..please don’t disturb me again . Seems extremely odd that a hotel which labels itself as 5 star doesn’t have a choice of pillow sizes . I pointed out that the IBIS budget hotels have a choice of 3 pillow sizes in EVERY ROOM

No refund for booking error, resort fee char

My rating would have been higher if i was not ripped off by the hotel and given the run around by both the hotel and expedia/ hotels.com. I booked an extra night in error. I had injured myself, had bad wifi and was trying to book quickly while i had relianle wifi and someone who could help me walk. Because the window had closed for reservenow, pay later, it was a final booking. I immediately contacted the hotel for a refund. The hotel told me i had to contact expedia, which i later learned was hotels.com Hotels.com told me the hotel had to agree to the refund. They did not. Money gone. First time using it too In addition, i was charged a resort fee. The booking said i would be charged one, but i was speaking with a your guide that said that was illegal and it should be included in the price. I know this may differ all over the world, but this was not a resort. It was a hotel. On the positive side, the room was very modern, spacious and initally looked spotless. What was not clean was the card that has the TV channels. It looked like someone used it to kill a bug as there was some brown thing smeared on it. That was gross. A couple of days later, i noticed some flying insect in the room. I destroyed it, but how did it get in there when i never opened the door or window? The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The star of the hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast and dinners were great with excellent and friendly service.

Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion! It’s our second time here, we love this hotel! Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city. SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame Nassira, she’s a great manager, very helpful, a lovely person! Very recommended!

The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. But i feel the drains in the shower were giving a foul smell . Breakfast was not too bad. Fresh omelette made to our preference. And fresh crepes . Although lots of fruit flies around the salad and flies in general around while eating our breakfast( i think maybe invest in fly zappers around the property) . One of our last days the sausages weren't cooked all the way through so we left with upset tummies. The waiters were lovely and did bring coffee and juice to us daily at the table. There was no kettle with tea/coffee available in the rooms like most hotels have. Only 1 coffee pod machine with 1 pod (had to pay extra if topped up) That was a little disappointing that if i wanted a tea/coffee i would have to order room service. When we arrived there was only one small bottle of water even though there were 2 of us. The lights to the pool were never on in the evening so couldn't really sit by the pool in the night. We did get a hammam in the hotel spa which was very nice.
