Could not relax due to loud noises from the workers working. Also paid for parking and there was no safe parking available. I bleed to issue a complaint and they told me they would get back to me and haven’t heard back. "

"This Hotel overbooked and moved my reservation to another lesser hotel without my approval. They sent an email a couple hours before check in but I was on the road so was totally unaware. I was in a hurry to get to a work event so I didn't have any time to dispute or research another hotel option. They did comp the cost for the other hotel which was a nice gesture but overbooking and telling someone upon arrival that you are not staying at the booked hotel is unacceptable. From the looks and condition of the lobby the place looked very nice which make it even more disappointing."
