Very easy self service check in and out

I would never recommend this hotel. We arrived and settled into our room and on our way out we saw a sign in the elevator that said there was a festival this weekend and there may be music playing outside until 2AM! There was activity and music in and around old town but nothing crazy. We had dinner at a cafe right outside the hotel and went to bed. At some point the music turned to loud thumping base music and lasted until 2AM. When we complained at the front desk and asked for some kind of restitution for being awake all night we were given an email address and were told we should have received an email prior to arrival. I double and triple checked all of my email and trash and spam and did not see any email. I surely would have stayed somewhere else. I sent an email to the address provided explaining the situation and that we did not receive an email pertaining to the festival and again asking for some kind of restitution. I received a prompt response that there was nothing they could do for me and that I did not receive an email because I booked through a third party (Expedia) and not directly with the hotel. This is kind of crazy because if it wasn't for a third party site I would never have heard about their hotel. When we checked out the following morning the streets right outside the hotel were filled with garbage and broken glass everywhere. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I ever recommend it.

Súper súper nice staff, they will go above and beyond to help. I will come back. Probably one of the over views of the city.
