「Sadly, I can’t give this hotel 5 stars. It has the potential to be a 5 star property, but in our experience, it simply isn’t there yet. For a 5 star hotel, I found the use of paper cups for coffee at lunch and dinner very disappointing. We were even offered paper cups for drinks at the beach bar, which I certainly wouldn’t expect at a 5 star resort. There was also no coffee in the room only a kettle, although surprisingly, there were proper mugs. At this level of hotel, I would expect at least...

「We really enjoyed our visit. My husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter for 9 days. Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. Water park was excellent. 10/10 from all three of us!」

「Chambre propre. Très bon emplacement buffet assez varié」

「Outdated hotel. Room wasn’t cleaned daily apart from bed being made and the mini fridge wasn’t topped up with water. Overall, needs improvement.」

「My husband and I have the most wonderful vacation in Mykonos because of the Four Seasons ! It was a 10 star resort . Everyone was so wonderful and really made our vacation perfect !」

「Personel」

「Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)」

「Love the place. Would love more activity and more excursions!!」
