The hotel itself is relatively old, especially the plumbing. My room was small, but it was a comfortable size for one person. I really appreciated having both a washer & dryer in the room, which made doing laundry convenient. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry floor if needed. There is a gym with a good selection of equipment and a decent amount of space. "Benikea was in a good location! Still walkable to the downtown area. Room was clean and spacious, with a large bathtub and great views out the window. The bed is the firmer Korean style, but I like that more than the soft western beds. Breakfast buffet is extremely nice and worth it for a slow relaxing morning. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. :)"
