"Parking was $62 per day. Hotel smelled like marijuana and there were people just outside the doors smoking. Made for a very unpleasant stay. "

"I would rate this hotel as good to excellent if not for one employee. I stayed two nights and all the staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were customer friendly and efficient with one exception. I returned back to the main entrance of the hotel on the second night after a long day of attending a burial and memorial service. I made the mistake of asking the person standing at the concierge desk to clarify the direction of the room elevators. He responded demanding to know my room # that I had not committed to memory. His hostility made me feel more like somewhere attempting to cross enemy lines than a paying guest of the hotel that employs him. Overall Chicago is one of the friendliest big cities, Hilton needs to lose this guy fast."

"The hotel facility and room were decent enough, however, my chief complaint was with the shuttle service they use to bring travelers from the airport. I received an email from the hotel partner to provide transportation, and I booked a pickup for my wife, arriving sperately, for $106. The service was to meet my wife with a sign with her name on it, but the driver never left the parking lot and it ended up being 45 minutes before they could connect. An Uber would have been twice as fast and much cheaper. Whereas this service was booked via the hotel system, I complained to them, but they shrugged it off and told me to take it up with the vendor. This is obviously some scam run by the vendor, since the driver said they never leave their cars to pick up passengers. So beware, if you use this service, you are paying double the usual fare and wasting time for nothing!"

"Bar had good selections. Breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel and staff was friendly and efficient. Front staff is always available and willing to help with any purchase or question."

"The place was nice, but as a first tome visiter, it would have been better if they had given us or emailed me a map of the property. That especially would have been helpful when trying to find my room. We had kids with us, so i wanted to park as close to the room as possible. There were three towers and no obvious indication of where to find my room or which parking lot would be best for our room. Check in was a kiosk, which was fine. However it would be great if the kiosk would offer the option for a key card instead of just a bracelet "
