"Staff were helpful - the food in the restaurant is excellent. The blight of the stay was the shower. Rooms have been refurrbed - they have a nice shower - smallo cubicle BUT the corner entrance is T I N Y. I couldn't get into the damn shower to use it. Some rooms have open wal;k in showers so I'm not sure why I was matched to a room with the smallest shower in the place. Imagine paying premium and being unable to even wash :\ "

"Place was clean, hot rub not too much as we could see dirt, bugs and other things in it, Before booking i checked with owner if the hot tub is for 6 people which i was told it was but even 4 of us had issue while sitting in hot tub. As it felt congested. Hot tub is good for 3 people and maybe 4 max."

"Amazingly helpful & friendly hosts, willing to provide great suggestions for local attractions and assist in any way needed. Set in a beautiful quiet location but still only a short drive to major roads. "

"Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on mirrors and TV screen; dirty stains on bedding and divan; upturned paint tin on lower landing; smell of damp throughout; door in one bedroom unable to close because of carpet; damage to walls throughout including electrical socket;; various exposed wires lying in different rooms; no bedside lamps or tables in bedrooms; unclear check-in instructions. A very unsatisfactory experience followed up by no communication when Hotels.com contacted the property on my behalf"
