The front desk clerk that waited on me wasn't anywhere near as helpful as the woman that worked with her.. The coffee pots ran out of coffee towards evening. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.

Clean, spacious room. Great bath products. Beautiful view of river and baseball stadium.

Parking is a headache. Construction being done around hotel which make access to parking garage difficult. Was put on the side of hotel where construction was taking place. So our trip that was for leisure was not good since the construction started at 7am. Very loud! Our parking ticket for the car did not work for our stay so every time in and out of the hotel we had to call for assistance to lift the gate.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. There was a very strong smell in the hallways but it never got in our room and didn’t affect our stay.
