"The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."
