Adrspach-Teplice Rock Park

I made a terrible mistake booking this so called "4 Star" hotel. It does not even deserve 1 star. It says on their web they have a restaurant (Tonnini Enoteca Wine Bar) located in the basement serving international cuisine, local dishes for lunch and dinner, plus a daily buffet breakfast. All lies. Wrrive arrived one night and took the elevator to the basement to find a building site. No information advising on restaurant being closed. Nobody to ask either, we left every morning after 10am except a couple of days we went early and we never saw anybody in reception, only Saturday and Sunday. Nobody there at nights when we came back betweek 9.30 and 10pm. Reception is supposed to be open 10am-10pm. More lies. Couple of bars around so we went there. We were 2 people in the room and only 1 bath towel was left (no basin towels, just 1 bath towel and a floor towel). Since we could not find anybody in reception we could not ask for one or even leave a note as there was no paper or biro in the room and I honestly did not bring any with me. We had to buy a towel, then. Daily housekeeping? Expect none. Our first day, the bed had not been done. The rest of the days we left the sign in the door requesting for the room to be done. Only the bed was made (pillows thrown, nothing straightened, duvets folded on top, that was all). No hoovering, or dusting, no bathroom done at all. Not a single day. Only toiletry: watered down soap, I had brought my own shampoo. No 4 star standard

The property was beautiful with the most convenient location right at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The staff was so helpful and assisted us with an early check in due to our early arrival in Prague. Would stay here again!

Great location - fantastic view and easy access to all the spots. Room was comfortable, small and could be tight for a longer stay.
