「Great place 」

「バス停から市内に入り、すぐの場所にあります。タオルミーナの観光先へアクセスしやすく、よかったです。また、部屋の中の広さ、清潔度、シャワーの水量等、満足でした。1点、部屋の中では、3か所のライトうち2か所が電気が付かず、また、ベットのサイドライトも2つのうち1か所が壊れていて、電気が付かなかったため、部屋が薄暗かったです。スタッフはおらず、最初から最後まで携帯のチャットでやり取りをしました。ですので、ホテルのようなサービスを期待している方には向かないかもしれません。」

「The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning.」

「I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels, Roby’s was one of my absolute favorites. I am very picky and extremely clean, so I am often disappointed but Roby’s rooms were immaculately clean. I was impressed. The breakfast they prepared was fresh and delicious. They were so warm and welcoming. I was sad to check out, I would be happy to have stayed much longer. I’ll absolutely be back!」

「My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy.」

「Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen von der Familie. Das Zimmer war geräumig, neuwertig und sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden morgen sehr lecker, man hat eine tolle Auswahl und der täglich zubereitete Cappuccino vom Hausherren war spitze. Bei allen Fragen (Ausflüge, Verbindungen usw.) war die Familie sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt sehr Zentral und man erreicht alles günstig mit dem Bus. 」

「Ho scelto questa struttura per la sua posizione! Ed è stata un’ottima scelta, tutto era raggiungibile senza dover prendere i mezzi. L’appartamento è ristrutturato, confortevole ed estremamente pulito. L’host Claudio è stato sempre reattivo e disponibile! 」

「とてもモダンな雰囲気のお部屋はとても広く、清潔で居心地がよかったです。 スタッフの女性は到着してから帰るまでずっと親切にしてくれたので、安心して楽しく過ごすことができました。朝食も美味しかったです。 メインのエリア(観光、ショッピング、レストラン、空港ほか)にも近くとても便利でした。」

「The room was clean and felt very safe. The property is a little hidden away and I loved that because it was very quiet to catch a nap after the long flight. The AC was a god send in the summer heat. The staff communicated fast and clearly when I had a little issue finding the right elevator. It was absolutely my fault for not reading carefully, and they guided me right away. 10/10 would stay again when I'm in town. 」
