It's an old airport hotel. What does one should expect, 5 stars?? Served the purpose. Didn't eat food only slept for one night due to the flight cancelation.

Think airport hotel more than Sonesta. This is a good hotel option if you need airport convenience, and has a good shuttle and Harry Caray restaurant, but not the usual Sonesta opulence.

We had a king bed and it was very soft. Pillows were not flat. Toilet is an elongated bowl. Shower is inside of a jacuzzi style tub so lots of room.
