"We were an extended family group (8 people from 3 families) from USA and Canada visiting relatives in Sweden. This home provided a great base for us to take day trips in Småland and Skåne as well as enjoy the countryside. The house is spacious and we especially appreciated the upstairs sitting area so smaller groups could congregate. We hiked around the area and used the boat and bikes."

"Silverdalen ist ein guter Punkt, um Vimmerby und Co. gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht stört. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Im Keller steht eine neue Waschmaschine, samt Trockner. Insgesamt war alles gut."

Die Terrasse lädt an lauschigen Abenden zum Lesen und Entspannen ein. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos, freundlich und jederzeit möglich. Der ansässige Markt bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf, die Candybar lies die Kinderaugen groß...

"Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage am See ist super. Mit dem Kanu zu fahren ist wirklich großartig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus war größtenteils sauber. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Astrid Lindgren ist es nicht weit. Was uns aber gestört hat ist die Lage an der sehr viel befahrenen Straße, wo sehr viele LKW unterwegs sind, auch in der Nacht bzw. sehr früh am Morgen. "The hotel is a bit dated and run down. Stayed in summer and the rooms get very warm (no air conditioning). Alot of the time the reception staff where nowhere to be seen if you had an enquiry. Unfortunately your options are limited in where you can stay in Vetlanda. If you stay in Växjö then do this, much better hotels for less. money. Even had graffiti in the room. "
