    Step inside to discover an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. This design creates a welcoming and versatile environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Retreat to the privacy of three generously sized bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. The master bedroom features a balcony overlooking the Marina. Pamper yourself with a relaxing soak in the bathtub or invigorate your senses in the refreshing shower. There is also a second toilet downstairs. Rest easy knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure with the included carpark for 1 car.

    Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

    You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.

    We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

    All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.

    To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.

    1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
    3-4 guests > 2 queen beds
    5-6 guests > 2 queen beds + 1 double bed

    If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
