Unwind in the heart of the city at Charm on Carrington (An entire house with parking) . This two story luxury home offers ducted air-conditioned accommodation with a patio,balcony to relax after a hard day sightseeing.
A stroll around the corner is Hutt St food and shopping precinct, you're never too far away from the best eateries in Adelaide. A bus stop 2 mins walk away on Hutt street
This beautiful home has a kitchen with a dishwasher,pure tap for drinking water ,microwave, fridge & freezer, a living room with a seating area and a dining area. With three bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a spa. There is a separate downstairs toilet and wash basin. We can also set up a sofa bed for those extra guests at a extra cost
Relax by the fireplace in the living room during those cold nights, or if the weather permits, enjoy a beverage on the patio or balcony. The house has a stunning modern kitchen and bathroom and secure parking there is a wow factor as you see each room for the first time.

A beautiful place in a gorgeous part of Adelaide’s East End. Free city loop bus stops literally one minutes walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment just around the corner, all within walking distance. Every amenity and small touch had been considered. Coffee, tea, coffee pods, milk, laundry detergent, toiletries. Nothing had been forgotten. The accommodation was clean with lovely bedding and soft pillows. Climate controlled air helped on the hot days too. Communication with Annette was very prompt also. She was always available if needed. I honestly cannot fault anything about this accommodation. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Travelled to Adelaide for a family wedding so was looking for a central location

Was a delight dealing with Annette to arrange this 3 day getaway to Adelaide. It’s quite rare to find a 3 bedroom property with all double rooms. The kitchen was so well stocked we almost felt guilty eating out! Central location & within walking distance to everything we needed. Very clean & spacious & next time we visit will stay for longer to make the most of the amenities. Highly recommend

Amazing Adelaide

The townhouse is in a perfect location - public transport is a 2 minute walk away; early morning coffee is just around the corner; and there are plenty of eating options on Hutt St. The property is ideal for any family wanting to visit Adelaide for a relaxing weekend or extended stay...just ensure that if you rent a hire car that it will be able to fit in the parking at the rear of the property.

It was everything we hoped for and more. Great layout, location and added details.

We loved the place and couldn't fault it. Location was excellent as Hutt Street has anything you need and everything you could want for your stay. My favourite addition was the fact that I didn't have to leave my room to make a morning coffee with the little bar fridge and kettle at the foot of the bed. Communication was great and super friendly which made it even more enjoyable. Would love to stay again.
