気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Unfortunately, our experience here was far from what we expected. To start, we had to pick up the key from another location on the opposite side of town, which was never mentioned in the booking details. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have booked. We arrived late at night, and the key collection point was down a dark, unlit alleyway, which felt unsafe and very inconvenient.
When we finally reached the accommodation, we realized that the actual location didn’t match the one shown on the advert’s map. Things didn’t improve much after that. Stepping out of the elevator, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered in the hallway for our entire stay — we literally had to hold our breath when leaving the room.
The room itself looked nice and was mostly clean, but several issues stood out. The skirting boards were missing, which made us wonder if there had been previous water damage (possibly the source of the hallway smell). The TV in the bedroom only got 1-2 channels and the washing machine was broken. The shower tub was dirty, with hair left from the previous guest, which I had to clean myself before using.
To top it all off, there was construction happening directly above us, with drilling starting at 8 a.m. and continuing into the afternoon for several days. It made relaxing or sleeping in impossible.
The only positives were the room’s design and basic cleanliness, but the location issues, maintenance problems, and smell made this a disappointing stay
