I had initial contact with Russell(owner), who was extremely helpful, explained everything about the villa inside and out to a tee and made the process seamless. "We were 6 People who had a very beautiful stay. Thanks to the Location which was very quiet. There are three Barths, just one of them didnt work After a few days anymore, But we still got two left (all good). The Pool was heated up an got cleaned very often. The view to the sea and the sunsets were just stunning :) The House was clean and comfy. If we go to Teneriffa again we would come back to the House :) "

"The resort is I would say the best for families who are in Tenerife to visit the parks and enjoy the peaceful time in the resort. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities . The resort will also provide you with the shower room on the check out day. The reception staff was courteous . The location was great . The breakfast was limited and the same menu every single day . So that needs to be worked on . Also the checkout time is too early at 10:00 while the resorts around have atleast 11:00 ."
