It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. "The pictures do not do this villa justice. It is lovely, airy and modern with fabulous panoramic views of the coast. Road directly in front of villa only rarely used so tranquility prevails. Walking distance to Costa adeje Golf course where you can avail of good value multi-round packages. Car hire would be handy as there is a steep road back up to villa from La Caleta the closest village however taxis are available in the evenings. The only improvement might be the provision of an information...

"This was our first family holiday in a villa away from the all inclusives and it did not dissappoint. We were blown away by the size of the villa and the pool, the beautiful gardens and the stunning view. Location wise was perfect, and a short taxi ride away from many restaurants and bars and the lovely seafront. Host was easily contactable and on hand throughout our stay. We were very sad to leave. Thank you again for a great stay."

"We are 4 couples who go away every January to Lanzarote but decided on a change of island and accommodation type, booked a villa for a change instead of hotels! Found this villa on VRBO and we was absolutely delighted with all the processes of booking BUT this villa is beautiful and a credit to the owners. Every room was faultless as was the garden and pool area! Will be going there again! Highly recommended 👍"

"Just back from a fabulous stay at this villa. Easy to find, efficient check in and Ian and Sheila were very helpful with any questions we had. Some very good restaurants and a couple of local supermarkets, within a 10 mins walk (downhill) and we managed to get taxi's back up the hill for around €5. Can be walked but one of our party has reduced mobility so taxi was needed. Rooms all spacious and very clean. Good outside spaces to use and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "The villa is wonderful, the pool was lovely and the location was idyllic for a relaxing holiday. The villa would be perfect with a bit of investment to 'spruce it up a bit' but, apart from that, it is still a fantastic base for a holiday. Parent, the owner, and Catherine, the local representative, were perfect hosts and very accommodating when I requested a slight change in dates due to the availability of flights. Highly recommended."

"The property is high on a hill overlooking the Adeje coast. The drive up is not for the faint hearted of for a small engined car, but when you arrive you are rewarded with the most wonderful panoramic view and a quiet peaceful place in which to re-charge your batteries. The morning sunshine of the top of the hill brings you out onto the patio area to enjoy breakfast and the sunset is a sight to behold. Peaceful, calming and quiet best describe this house."

"The villa is lovely, its clean and well kept (a few little touch ups could be given here and there but thats just nit picking). The location is brilliant with shops and restaurants all a 5 minute walk away and a beach just down the road yet the actual villa is in a quiet area. The only thing I would suggest is that there is a need for more umbrellas in the garden as when its hot, there is no shade. The Callao Savaje area is quite quiet but buses are easy to use and there are plenty of taxis....

"We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and...

"Fantastic location within proximity of 1st class restaurants. Short walk into Del Duque for anyone that likes to shop. Excellent communication from Karen(owner) and her support staff. Spacious villa and lovely gardens."

"Had a brilliant time villa is gorgeous and just exactly what we needed. Paul was fantastic super friendly and full of great information. Made us feel very welcome. Good location nice restaurant and cafe within 3 minutes walk. Main town is about a 25 minute walk away but all down hill and nice walk. Taxi back for 4 people was around 5 euros and plenty taxis. Will definitely be back."
