We have a son in a wheelchair and the staff at Azzeman are excellent, we have been here 3 times now and cannot fault the staff in any way! The hotel seems to be under improvement which is also great Would recommend it definitely

I loved everything about Azzeman Hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International an IHG Hotel before I flew to Addis Ababa. Azzeman Hotel is the same standard as the hotel I mentioned above. The shuttle was on time to pick me up. The hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the airport. Azzeman is very clean, bed is very comfortable, nice shower, has excellent Wi-fi service. The staff at the front desk are amazing and very efficient at what they do. I loved every minute of my stay because everybody starting from bellman, room cleaning staff all the way up goes extra miles to make your stay very pleasant. Today is exactly a week since I arrived at Azzeman. Had originally planned to stay here for a week and change to a different hotel but I have decided to stay at Azzeman for the remaining time of my stay in Addis which is about 3 more weeks😀

Venligt personale som var meget imødekommende. Hotellet virker meget slidt og ikke særligt moderne. Vil nærmere katagorisere hotellet som 3 stjernet. Morgenmads buffet var ikke særlig spændende. Det omkringliggende kvarter virker en anelse utrygt.

The hotel plays nickel and dime like cheap airlines. They tend to put additional charge for a couple even though they advertise the room for two adults.

Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück Büfett mit kleinen Mängel, da um 6:30 Uhr niemand anwesend war der ein Ei machen konnte. Am Wochenende ist es durch die umliegenden Clubs sehr laut ist, trotz gut isolierten Fenster. In allem, man kann das Hotel empfehlen

Hotel does airport pickup,but initially I had no response on an email to them so had to call to confirm. The room was clean, always had hot water & the wifi reception was good too. Staff were friendly & the breakfast was also very good too. Would recommend
