"This property looks more like an apartment complex than a hotel because it is, partly, an apartment complex. It doesn't have a hotel lobby or bar or restaurant. It does have a laundry room, which is something I would really like to see in most hotels. The hotel's name is essentially its address, and that can be confusing when trying to explain to some of the locals where you are staying, but that's not a big thing. My wife and I stayed there for a few days and found the bed comfortable and the room clean and well maintained. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water, and we had a small fridge, a microwave, and a kitchen sink with glasses and plates. This hotel is not located in the CBD, but it's a short bus ride to the central business district, and the bus stops are within a block of the hotel. (Christchurch has a nice public bus system that we used to go downtown and even get out to the airport.) There are several restaurants and other businesses along Lincoln within a couple blocks of the hotel. "

"Very modern room. Equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to central core and 25 minutes to airport. Would stay again!"

"We were staying last minute due to flight changes due to Dubai being closed. We paid a little more than we could have for a hotel away from the airport but we are so glad we did as it was worth every penny. James on the desk was amazing helping direct us to a shopping mall where we could get an extra suitcase now that our luggage allowance had decreased and giving us a beautiful room too! Complimentary drinks were enjoyed with a super meal in the restaurant and after a good nights sleep the breakfast was delicious as were the staff and just right to set us up for the 48 hours travel time we now have to get back to the UK. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!"

"Location was fine for proximity to the airport. Room was very small & smelt like feet, shower was dirty. No staff at reception, you do everything yourself when you check in. I don’t mind a basic room & wasn’t expecting anything special but overall I wouldn’t rate this place very highly at all. "
