They felt really bad and apologized. We should off been refunded some but they never offered. "

The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the village and a quick trip to the ski hill.The layout worked really well for a larger group, offering plenty of space while still feeling comfortable and connected. It was also well-equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed, making the stay easy and enjoyable"

There was enough space for my group, they offered a lot of extra fun items (board games, outdoor games, dog specific towel etc).
