Private: property, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Ponto Valentino Fontana bus 134" 5.5 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 23 km, outdoor swimming pool 44 km, bathing lake "Lago Maggiore: Vira Gambarogno" 60 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Sehr schönes Haus in einer traumhaften Landschaft

Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden dort und sind begeistert. Ein schönes, praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Haus, mit sehr angenehmem Wohnklima. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, vom Hundenapf bis zum Grill. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der gut Englisch spricht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Kurtaxe hat er am Ende mit der Kaution verrechnet. Die Straße ist erst ungewohnt aber das legt sich. Ab und an kommt ein Radfahrer oder ein Auto vorbei, Nachbarn gibt es kaum, sehr erholsam und entspannend. Sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt vom Haus. Adapter sind nicht schlecht, Handykabel gehen aber auch so. Das nicht vorhandene W-Lan war eine Wohltat. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gibt es aufgrund der Gegebenheiten vor Ort keine. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr gerne wieder !
