"The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent choice to stay, especially for the price. The breakfast area was messy, but for the price and comfort of everything else it was worth the stay. "

"We were shown to rooms that were not clean. After the second room, we had to find another place to stay and we asked for a refund which never went through. The stairs, blinds and mirrors were filthy with thick layers of dust. This place is clearly not cleaned properly; I would stay away. "

"You could tell that EVERYONE took pride in their work! Staff was very friendly and always mentioned to let them know if we ever needed anything. Great customer service!"

"Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and the Starbucks across the street has closed. Room was clean. Shower leaked into the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows. Good location to campus. "

"First room smelled like an ashtray (133) … 2nd room better but still had a smell (129). Pillows are half sized, hot tub has been filled in and has a table where it used to be. Would NOT stay here again. "

"Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. "
