"A very clean property with friendly and efficient staff in all areas of operations. The dinning room served an excellent buffet breakfast worth the fee and more than sufficient. Common areas were clean and appeared to be well maintained as well as the hotel exterior. The suite was amazing, like a 1 bedroom apartment!! The balcony was a nice touch as well to enjoy the cool but fresh air and scenic view of the river. Comfortable, quiet and very clean."

"We were displaced for a week due to the WA floods. Management let us have an early check in because of the situation we were in, and allowed us to stay in another room while ours was being cleaned. We also ended up extending our stay for an additional day and they were very accommodating in giving us the lowest rate and a late check-out. The room was large and clean and had all amenities needed. Pam has been nothing but amazing and flexible since we arrived. We felt welcome and respected here. "
