Prior to arrival, I was in communication with the property to confirm airport pickup(which was confirmed) as our party was coming from out of the country and had ever. been to Ghana
On the day of pickup their drivers were unavailable so we had to find our way from the airport. Same for when we were checking out which was unfortunate because the airport shuttle was part of why we chose this property.
The manager of the property was away for most of our stay and the staff needed her to answer questions we had as well as process our payment.
The staff Mr. Sam and Mr Henry were nice and did their best but had limited knowledge and we had to wait till the manager was in to be helped.
Breakfast was also included/advertised however the breakfast girls were unavailable when we asked about breakfast, after making a fuss, an unsanitary tray with a couple slices of bread and an interesting looking omelette was delivered to our room only once during our entire stay(won't have eaten it anyways)
To the property itself, DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you're travelling alone.
The pool is indoors, was nasty and never cleaned in the time period we were there, the rooms were thankfully clean w/broken furniture, AC & water worked
The kitchen was nasty, thankfully we ate out all of our stay. There were no lights in the elevator(pitch black)
It is in the middle of OSU but Accra is small and you can get away with staying further away for a better experience.
Would definitely never recommend

This place shouldn’t be listed on Expedia. There was no AC in the lobby area of the building, it was so hot. You can tell the staffs and workers were not happy. Speaking of the workers, they all look so miserable. They were not pleasant at all. The first day I stayed there, the elevator worked, the next day it wasn’t working, so I had to lift my heavy bags up and down the stairs. There was no WiFi. It took them 4 hours after I’ve checked in for them to give me my keys, apparently some lady who makes the key went out to the market the time I checked in, so I had to wait. The phone in the room did not work. Overall just bad customer service and a run down property. So please stay away!

Booked hotel through hotels.com app. Arrived at property for them to tell us all rooms are booked and our reservation shouldn’t have gone through. The host could see the defeat in our eyes and found a way to house us for the night. Although the building is an older structure the room was very spacious. The only downfall was the shower. There was no stationary shower head just the hand held on that didn’t work.

Totally Unsatisfactory
The worst place I’ve ever stayed and I’m very well travelled. The first room given to us the gaps around the balcony door allowing mosquitos. I complained and got a second room but the young man who works in the appeared rude and bothered by my request. Second day they allow young teenagers to use pool. He screaming for hours was totally unacceptable for those who had paid to stay. Showers leaked all over the floor had use out towels. When we requested new towels was told they couldn’t provide as Housekeeper keeps key. I said I’d buy my own only for one small towel to be given as replacement. The only positive thing about this place is the Gentleman who worked the night shift on reception. Great customer service and smile from him. But all other staff didn’t even say hello or good morning.
I’ve stay better places for less.

Overpriced
This property needs attention. The apartments are a good size but signs of disrepair everywhere. First room offered would not have passed UK hygiene standards due to the high level of visible mould, the smell of which was immediately apparent upon entering the room. Poor breakfast with no choice offered. Overpriced for facilities offered.
