Nestled in the quiet part of this cultural neighbourhood, the approximately 14 sq m apartments have air-conditioning, hot water, wifi and satellite tv. This spot is perfect for travellers looking for a minimalistic stylish vacation.

This unit is one of four apartments and is on the ground floor.

We do not have a kitchen or washing machine in these units. However we do have a microwave. If you need your clothes ironed, the staff would be happy to iron them for a fee, otherwise there is a laundry facility a few minutes away in the neighbourhood.
