Welcome to our vibrant and family-friendly property in Accra, Ghana, perfect for travelers seeking well-maintained and attractive accommodations at a budget-friendly rate. Located on a hilltop, Mary luxe Stays offers a serene retreat just a 15-minute drive from the vibrant West Hills Mall in Accra, Ghana.
Additionally, it's conveniently situated only a 20-minute drive away from the relaxing shores of Bojo Beach at Kokrobite, making it an ideal destination for both shopping excursions and beach getaways. Our property is about an hour and 25 minutes' drive from Kotoka International Airport. We offer airport pickup services and car rental services at a reasonable fee.

The road leading to our property is tarred up to a point, but about 5 minutes' drive from the place, it becomes untarred and a bit bumpy, but it is drivable.

Each room can accommodate only 2 guests with a maximum of 2 kids below the age of 13.

The rental unit has 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms.

The shared bathroom can be accessed within a common space within the same apartment.

Each room has bed coverings, a bedsheet, a blanket, four pillows for each bed, two indoor footwears, bathrobes, towels, a TV, a well-serviced air conditioner, and a 90L single-door tabletop refrigerator. All 3 rooms have double beds and wardrobes

Bedding changes are upon request and subject to fees. Toiletries (body soap, shampoo, tissue) can be ordered with the help of the caretaker from a nearby store with free delivery service.

There is a standby generator that serves as a backup power supply in case there is a general power outage. We have also made available two washing machines to aid guests with their laundry.

There is a double-door fridge in kitchen. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all necessary appliances and cookware for a comfortable stay. However, cooking oil, spices, and other consumables are not included. You can easily prepare meals and snacks and enjoy them in the comfort of your own room or in the communal dining area.

Additionally, guests are invited to engage with other guests or family members at our ground-floor balcony facing our beautifully nurtured garden terrace. Whether you're seeking a peaceful place to relax, a spot for al fresco dining, or a location to work on your laptop, this outdoor space is the ideal place to soak up fresh air. With comfortable seating and ample natural light, you can unwind, work, or meet new friends in this tranquil setting.

•IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

Before the host/co-hosts will confirm your booking, we will need clarification on your country of booking, length of stay, whether there are other guests coming with you, their nationality, gender, age range, and purpose of visit (whether to attend an event, family vacation, etc.).

Please read all descriptions and house rules before booking and ask the host for any clarification. Only book when you fully understand the space and what is expected, in order to avoid complaints, mismatched expectations, and charged cancellations.

Every guest/occupant must submit a copy of their passport for self-check-in instructions, as the property has no reception. Copy of the passport together with an emergency number to be contacted must be sent to the host/ co-hosts through WHATS APP. Standard check-in time is from 11 A.M, and check-out time is 12 PM.
A complimentary late check-out may be given with host approval, while an early check-in is subject to a charge.

Common areas are cleaned from time to time by the caretaker, while in-room cleaning is available for an additional fee and upon request. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and throw their trash in the garbage can behind the house.

Anything used in the kitchen must be washed. Dishwashing soap is provided.

AIR CONDITIONING:

The air conditioning is centralized with a standard setting, and each room has its own vent. Windows and doors must always be kept closed to avoid damaging the AC and increasing the energy bill.

VISITORS:

Visitors are discouraged, and prior approval from the host is required. Unregistered visitors are charged GHc 100 per visit, while registered visitors staying overnight or for more than 10 hours are charged GHc 50. Visitors can be registered by sending their valid national ID copies to the host/co-hosts through What's App.


Guests are kindly reminded that any items provided in the property are for their convenience and enjoyment during their stay. However, items that belong to the property, including but not limited to furnishings, appliances, décor, and amenities, must not be removed from the premises. This includes souvenirs, toiletries, kitchenware, and any other items. We trust our guests to respect this rule and leave all belongings in their original place upon departure.

• Please be advised that the WIFI provided has a limited data package. Once the initial data allocation provided by the facility is exhausted, guests will be required to top up the WIFI at their own expense to continue accessing the internet during their stay.


• Additionally, guests have access to our car rental service. Please inquire with the host for more information and availability regarding this amenity.

• Guests are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay. Please ensure that the property is kept clean at all times, including proper disposal of trash and adherence to basic hygiene practices.
