Very beautiful place, everything look so good, very clean, good shopping area, easy public transportation, too many food choices, we love the amazing pool; secury gay take very serious his position, make sure you have your parking permit ready, 😉 best choice we ever did, LOVE THIS VILLA, we will come back because Acapulco is always beautiful😍 Fabiola and her cleaning team, did a excellent job, cleaning our villa 3002 "THE BEST", thank you every one.

We stayed at the villas, the front door knob was broken, it had to be manipulated to be able to shut the door. It had missing and loose screws. Phones and tv's did not work, they said we could sign in to apps on the tv but the WiFi was blocked on all tv's. Had to walk a good distance to contact front desk and staff took too long to arrive to villa when needed. Staff was friendly and cleaning personnel did an amazing job.

Sin duda el mejor lugar relación precio la villa es completamente nueva y estás a nada de la playa lo único es q su alberca es muy pequeña pero fuera de eso todo excelente

En general la estancia se me hizo agradable y las villas están bien ubicadas. (Cerca de la Diana y del parque Papagayo Como puntos buenos: El personal es servicial y amable, son solo 12 villas que están limpias por lo que no hay mucha gente, las instalaciones están bien, puesto que son 3 recámaras y un estudio, tiene cocineta, comedor y sala de estar. La alberca es climatizada. Cada cuarto, tiene su baño. Puntos a considerar cuando te hospedes: Derivado del huracán, no cuentan con servicio telefónico y no tienen sistema de cable, pero ofrecen el WiFi. Tienes que dar de garantía de $2,000.00 por los utensilios de cocina. Los cuales, te devuelven al momento del Check out. Tienen servicio de snack y desayuno hasta las 12 de la tarde. Ofrecen la opción de quedarte has las 17:00 horas pagando una tarifa extra. No tiene vista al mar, y el acceso a este es muy cercano. Como da a la Avenida Costera Alemán, se escucha en la noche algo de ruido. Puntos a mejorar: Hay baños que dan a la calle, por lo que deberían poner vidrios opacos, lo que hice fue poner una toalla en la ventana para que no se viera. Hace falta un trapo para limpiar la mesa y cocina. Desconozco si tienen servicio de guarda equipaje.
