I love a hotel with character. I’m not about posh. I’m all about areas to relax and flora and fauna. This hotel was great stop for us along our journey. Would be a great place to enjoy a longer stay also. The staff was amazingly helpful with all things. We had some takeout and she helped us get plates and refreshments. A great woman with a great sense for hospitality and service.

I like the welcoming and the people there. I think it wasn't what I was looking to book a room in Acapulco, but I used to the transportation, more than half hour in the evening last mini bus at nine, so be ready to leave Acapulco around 8 a taxi will charge around 400 pesos or more.

En general mi estancia fue positiva, nos atendieron muy amablemente, disfrutamos de las amenidades, es un lugar muy tranquilo y el personal muy atento. Tiene pequeñas fallas en cuanto a las instalaciones, le limpieza no es la mejor, la ubicación es complicada si no vas en carro, pero moverse por transporte público es muy sencillo.

En mi experiencia, el hotel está mal ubicado, no todos los días hacen limpieza en el cuarto, las instalaciones son viejas, en mi cama había una pulga, no tuve pantalla ni internet en la habitación, los perritos si entran a las albercas, no me pusieron papel, en general no me agradó, las fotografías están desactualizadas, y al estar cerca de la laguna hay muchos insectos.

Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo, con todo lo básico que podrías necesitar en una estadía en Acapulco. Obviamente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero por el precio, no esperes muchas comodidades. Sin embargo, es muy cómodo y útil, además de tranquilo. La mejor opción, al mejor precio. Además, la dueña es muy amable y el trato es excelente. Sólo como recomendación, me hubiese gustado una mayor limpieza en la habitación, ya que tenía un poco de arañas/telarañas en la ventana del baño y una colilla de cigarro detrás de la cabecera de la cama, también que acomodaran la cama de frente al aire acondicionado para una mayor comodidad para el visitante.

Bonito

Es un bonito hotel y sus instalaciones son bellas, pero le falta limpieza. Era un lío estar encontrando servicio para que te dieran un papel de baño o consultar dudas. La habitación que reserve me la cambiaron y el techo rechina demasiado con los usuarios del siguiente piso. Es un bonito hotel que si regresaría solo tienen que afinar esos detalles.

La Admón. del Hotel nos negó la habitación comprada con hoteles.com argumentando que no tenia habitaciones disponibles, aun cuando si existían...finalmente tuve que pagar una cantidad adicional $1,200 MNX por las 2 noches que estuvimos.

El lugar esta muy sucio, quizá en remodelación pero descuidado, el baño tenía sarro, yo lo tuve que lavar con cloro y se le quitó, los focos no tienen ni tapa sencilla para que no se vean los cables, el Aire Acondicionado fallaba, a veces no prendía, el concepto es más como bungalow, no es tanto como hotel, nunca cambiaron las toallas ni las sabanas, no hubo limpieza al cuarto, había hormigas por doquier, en los camastros en los pasillos, del wifi no me quejo, no sirve pero en realidad no necesitas wi fi si quieres estar de vacaciones descansando, eso si, los colchones son muy viejos, se sienten los resortes, la verdad que pena pero muy mal lugar
