Villa Vera dejó de ser ese lugar donde cuidaban el descanso de sus huéspedes. Permitieron que un borracho estuviera hasta las 5am con su música a todo volumen. Quieren que Villa Verá regrese a la exclusividad de antes, pero permiten este tipo de huéspedes y la gerencia no hace nada al respeto.

The hotel as advertised in photos and room description on Expedia did not match in any way the property in person. Quite disappointing after a long drive. Expedia should investigate the property and update their content accordingly.

Terrible experiencia en Hotel Casa Lisa Acapulco

Desde mi llegada al hotel fue un martirio, esperé casi una hora a que algún encargado llegara a atenderme, pues el personal que estaba no tenía la facultad para hacerlo. Llegó el gerente y no tenía ni idea de que había una reservación pues alega que Expedia no se la informó, con esto se cumple la primera mala información por parte de expedia al poner en su página que en dicho hotel había alguien para atenderme las 24 horas. En general las instalaciones están en remodelación, cosa que expedia tampoco informa, tornandose molesto ya que lo que menos esperas ver son instalaciones en obra gris. La habitación es bastante amplia por ende el aire acondicionado debería ser del tamaño a la misma pues el que tiene la habitación resulta insuficiente, provocando calor en el ya muy caliente clima de Acapulco. La habitación NO cuenta con televisión, el baño está en regulares condiciones, la alberca jamás la limpiaron ni llenaron, tenía el minimo nivel de agua. Dos de las lamparas de mi cuarto NO tenían foco, la secadora de pelo despedía un horrible olor al encenderla, NO cambian las bolsas de basura de los cestos, solo vacían la basura y dejan la misma bolsa no importando que esté sucia. De mis dos noches contratadas, solo soporté una, tuve que HUIR de ese lugar, de verdad es espantoso, NADA es como lo anuncian, es un FRAUDE.

el hotel esta en remodelacion, cosa que no nos dijeron.Casa lisa villavera esta muy bonita, la alberca lo mejor y lo unico habilitado en el hotel.La publicidad es engañosa, ya que ofrecen cuartos de tres precios, pero los mas baratos no estan en casa lisa, sino en el hotel, lo cual sugiere un ENGAÑO al publico.Ojala HOTELES.COM lo corrija cuanto antes.

el lugar es muy bonito a la vista tiene excelente instalaciones y una gran estructura arquitectonica. es un lugar para poder relajarse ya que el ambiente es muy calamado y tiene una excelente vista desde la pscina

Deberían checar los servicios del hotel porque este era un reapertura y el primer día no había agua en el baño de la habitación, tampoco había televisión que por el apagón analógico y algunas instalaciones de energía eléctrica no servían
