The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

The Mondrain was everything I hoped for and so much more.

Good value for money. Horrendously loud music played from Monkey tale almost constantly ( even when empty). Staff were great but made several errors due to language barriers. Food was good in all restaurants.
