I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The staff are lovely and so accommodating. In particular, Rohit and Rahul were our housekeeping staff and nothing was too much trouble for them! The restaurants all had top quality food and plenty of choices without it being too overwhelming or repetitive! The whole property was spotless! The adults only pool was closed a few days into our stay for some refurbishment, however this didn't impact the use or availability of the other pools too much. There is also a private beach which wasn't ever busy, so there wasn't the dreaded rush in the mornings for sunbeds! Would highly recommend this hotel and am desperate to rebook again for myself!

Swimming pool terrible condition

Everything was good except the state of the swimming pools. About 30% of the tiles are missing on the floor and walls of the swimming pool, ended up with cut feet, hands and arms. For the prices charged for a stay, they could have made use of the slow summer and had the tiles replaced.

Fantastic experience! We spent a nice time at the hotel. Friendly staff, mainly Mr. Ali at the reception, always ready and more than happy to help,and provide any advice related to various areas. Hotel is very clean, facilities are perfect, ready for adults and families, and you can get everything when you chose all inclisive option. We strongly recomend the hotel as excellent property in the heart of Abu Dhabi, right on the private beach with opened ocean and very quick access to the city and all the city attractions. Just thinking about how to get back asap 🙂

Ny rom was on 33th floor with a sea view. Lots of space around the pool arena. Breakfast buffet with lots of options.
