This hotel had impossibly friendly staff who made the stay a great pleasure. I won't forget coming back one evening and so many were singing Christmas carols... a home from home! The food is excellent.

Decent view on one of the busy areas and Skyline in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in a very accessable area. Lots of things are nearby that you would like for a couple days stay. We however only stayed for one night and where glad we decided so, as the age of the facility started to show and the cleanliness could really be improved upon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. A special thanks to Rupa, who arranged a really good room for me and also kindly provided a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. The bathroom was not clean as shown in the photos -- I mean general repairs required, grout for tiles was black and the tub had permanent markings, the desk also seemed to have markings on it. Housekeeping was very kind and receptive to requests and swift to complete.

Nice place

Directly connected with airport bus with bus station hardly 2mins walk. Only problem is they were reluctant to store my lugguage for 4-5 days.

Great Overall

Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

Worst ever Customer Care and Staff attitude

In my 10 years of hotelling experience , I had to bear the worst customer service at Nehal Hotel. The CSR at the reception mocked me as my guest came to see me. Even when he was told that the visitors are coming only to meet and not to stay, he still made it horribly shameful and completely senseless for me. I had to feel shame infront of my visitors. The worst ever experience of staying at a hotel in my life. They had no hospitality in their dealing with the guest at any stage.

OK if you are lucky with room

Liked: Location was good. If you like walking you can be almost everywhere on foot. And there is a very polite and helpful guy, a little bit short with kinda long hair in the reception. Disliked: At first, they took us to room 604 (or 602, not sure) and unfortunately there was a very very bad smell like there was something dead in there. Also no towels, where they brought us like an hour later and after 4 phone calls. And bedsheets were somehow dirty. But they are all very insignificant compared to the other fact. Back to the smell... We did not say something because we believed that we would get used to that. My boyfriend was trying to convince me that it is a local air freshener so I wouldn't moan, but the truth is that he knew. After a couple of hours and having the room door open we both started feeling disgused so I called the reception and asked them to switch us room. The lady receptionist told me that there is no other choice and she just send someone to spray some air freshener (what a joke!). I am so dissapointed that I had to take myself downstairs to the reception and start saying in front of other customers the incident so they would be forced to find me a better room. And the magic happened! Straight away they found two new rooms and I had to choose which one I preferred the most. The new room was No 1402 and it was as we expected based on the rating of the hotel.
