「We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!」

「3 floors NO ELEVATOR! And 1 MORE steep floor inside. Bathroom smells and shower difficult to work. Mattress is worn, slightly lumpy. AC wasn’t working till last day. Staff, outside of manager, were well meaning and helpful.
