******The property sleeps a maximum of 9 people in beds. Hot tub is for adults only, please. If you are going to have visitors a request must be submitted and the number of visitors must be approved. There is a charge for visitors over the house maximum occupancy of 9 and per vehicle over 9.
If the disclosed number of guests and visitors is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund given.
