"I really liked my stay overall. The rooms were clean every day, the parking was convenient, and the room service was excellent. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. However, I was disappointed with our experience on the first night. We arrived from California around 12:30 a.m., and unfortunately the front desk staff member did not offer any assistance. Since there were no rooms available, we had to call an Uber and go from hotel to hotel late at night...

"There was roaches in my room. The floor wasn’t clean. The bathroom sink water wouldn’t go down. The toilet had dried up urine stains that were dark yellow. The tv remote had gunk all over it over every button. It was a bad experience"
