This One bedroom ground floor apartment is set in the west end of Aberdeen. You have the entire apartment to yourself. The beautiful granite building was built in the Victorian era. Kitchen, with Spacious living room with bay window with dining table and chairs. Smart TV and fast fibre opticWifi.Free On street parking is available between1-2 mins walk from flat and within walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The apartment comprises of one comfortable double bedrooms, Large living / Bathroom, Kitchen with all essential items,a work area and with ergonomic chair in the living room.
We enable contactless check-in and allow guests to check out on their own up until 10 am on the day of their departure.
We are available to be contacted by phone, text, e-mail or enable face to face visit throughout the duration of your stay.
The neighbourhood is fully residential with small shops & restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk and 5 mins drive to Garthdee shopping centre with major supermarkets (Sainsbury, Asda), B&Q , boots & Currys.
The main bus lines for going into and out of Aberdeen are close by with the relevant bus stop just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
About 25mins drive from Aberdeen Airport and 5 mins from the Aberdeen train station.

Ok stay

The communication and responsiveness from the hosts were good, but the flat was quite run-down. Kitchen-utensils need to be renewed. The crockery need to be updated as there were many cracks.
