"Nice room, clean on arrival. Housekeeping non-existent! The room didn't get cleaned. Bins overflowing with rubbish. "Purchased through Expedia. My wife's father passed away and they would not reply to any of our messages and Expedia would not help with a credit or refund. Even with a death in the family.
