"There is no pool here, for the last night of my stay i paid online when I went down to the office they told me that Expedia has not been paying them for the guests that paid online and I would have to pay them directly if I wanted to stay. I explained that I would not be able to do that as I had already paid Expedia for the stay. He told me in this case they would make an exception but only for this one time. Why aren't they getting paid Expedia? I will say to anyone wanting to book here to please select the pay at the property option. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled by the property. Do better Expedia! "

"The internet was off and on, I had homework I needed to get done. There was unknown stains on the walls in the bathroom, on the ceiling and even by the bed. There was trash and even medication left behind the nightstand. Getting anyone to be at the front desk or answer the phone was an issue. I didn’t appreciate it. I first reserved a king bed with an ocean view, got the king bed and a parking lot view checking in. I went back to the front desk and they wanted to charge me over $150 to “upgrade me”. I finally got my ocean view, but two queen beds and I was so disappointed in the room. Not to mention I had two towels for a 5 day stay. I’m never staying there again after the issues and back and forth I had. "

"Cheap stay, one of the older places. Room was renovated you could see they where trying. Blanket was stained, bathroom had long hair in the tub. Office is not open 24 hours. While you can't beat the price I'll be looking for a different place to go next time."
