「初回のアンケートで既述。 なお、トイレの明かりが2つとも点かなかった。 レセプションのスタッフの対応は良かったが、一部のスタッフに問題あり。工事中でやる気がないのなら、客を呼ばないで欲しい。 部屋の狭さはたいして気にならないが、せめて椅子を一つ置いて欲しい（机は無くてもよいが）。」

「L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

「It’s impossible to find fault with our stay at Mutara Camp. Our party of three had a car accident on the way, and Dido and Lilomo drove out at night to Rumuruti to pick two of us up - an hour each way on bad roads. The chef had stayed up to cook us a hot meal when we arrived after 11pm, which was very welcome.
